I finally got myself to write something.
I have not seen sunlight, except for that that comes into the house through the doors and windows, and I have not had a real walk except the few steps it takes me to go around the house, like when I have to get food from the kitchen or when I have to take a bath, until today.
Finally, I got that long-enough, uninterrupted sleep that I've been missing for weeks.
Yesterday, I have been up since the other the night, for more than 24 hours. My sleeping pattern and the setting of my body clock have been crazy since my Survivor Fever last December and all the holiday celebration yaddas. It was good though that I was able to keep myself awake the whole day. Being stuck at home, jobless [and I still don't have my Final Pay. Kamown. Where's me money? :-(( ] and having nothing-better-to-do-in-life-other-than-sleep syndrome, staying alive [or awake] is such an everyday struggle. Imagine being up all night, sleeping early in the morning, waking a few hours later that same day, watch a little tv for another few hours, and then fall asleep again a few hours later then wake up at almost midnight and take everything all over again the next day.. Man, you'll think life is so easy. As for me, bumming is such a bummer. Well, I have had a few things to get busy with like some art projects I had a few days ago. Hopefully I get to sell them when they're done. They're still going through prototyping but I'll let everyone know when they're ready. So much for that. Last night, after my regular daily dose Danny Phantom, I slept for a few hours until the premiere of Happy Feet on HBO later that night, which by the way I didn't really get to watch because I would dose off then wake up every five minutes and as I think of it now, I have only seen about 10 minutes of the whole movie. Good thing, it's scheduled again for showing tonight.
Today, I finally went out of the house and went back to school to finally get my diploma. Things are still the same but is a bit different at the same time. The sun is warmer and gentler than it has always been so hot and unforgiving. The pollution smelled more pleasant as it has always been irritating and suffocating. As for the university, it looked less lonelier than when I was last there bidding my second home goodbye. I saw some of my friends: Tash [Ellen's fellow varsity layer], Mark [aka Marky/Tumble Wush], and two of my most favorite people in campus: Jheerick [my Rikichan] and Paul [my Pohlee]. I had very short convo with them then went my way. Before I left, I stopped at Jefcees to grab me my favorite burger steak. I was looking forward to some takoyaki but Kuya Takoyaki wasn't there, actually not one of the street food carts were there where they usually were, probably because it's a Saturday and the spot is under construction. Anyway, so there. Also had my cup of iced tea after a few weeks, after my iced tea addiction back in early December, without it. I forgot to tell you, I brought a piece of Jace and Kiko with me, the bracelets, which, by the way, was almost stretched [spell: destroyed] to the limit because of a certain someone hyper, almost-violent kaharutan. She literally almost squeezed the life out of me. It's nothing serious, we were monkeying around, she was too playful, she's drunk, it was Christmas and we were having a party. Hehehehe. Nevermind, I just felt like telling.
So, where is this story going? I dunno. I just want to tell you how my day went today. I had to write something, right?
By the way, Nick's got this new show, Back at the Barnyard. From the same people who brought us Jimmy Neutron. You guys should check it out 'cause it a real whack esp. for people like me who are bored and needs a little something to laugh about.
So my friend was right, I am becoming, like, a promoter. Hahahaha.
Mark your calendars, people! The continuation of the E-heads concert dubbed as The Final Ser is set to hit either The Fort or MoA on March 7, 2009. Watch out for that. I'm not really sure I'll watch this since I didn't really watch the first one and I'm not that big of a fan. So..
Oh, and let's all support Drew Arellano's The Happy Run on January 25th. A running event that will benefit the kids of Bagong Tanyag Elementary School Annex in Taguig. The funds that will be raised during the event will help the school build more classrooms and school facilities. For more info, check out www.thehappyrun.com.
Did you know that the Transformers movie gets better and better the more you watch it? Dunno about you but having watched it for more than 10 times during the Holidays, man it rocks. To think that I didn't really understand a thing from it the first time that I've seen it. Thank God for cable. Hahahaha. Some of the other movies that I've seen more than a couple of times are: Stay Alive, Shrek the Third and Memoirs of a Geisha. I've also been watching more cartoons than anything, care of Disney Channel and Nickelodeon [Yay for Danny Phantom!] though I also enjoy watching NatGeo and Discovery Channel shows like Man Vs Wild and Journey to the Edge of the Universe. Okay, that's enough. My TV itinerary is nobody else's business other than mine. Though I really miss Survivor Philippines and I hope I get to try put for Season 2. Hahahaha.
Hehe I missed writing, I've been writing but not in my blog. I have this handy-dandy notebook in my room where I scribble, doodle, and write just about anything that comes out of my head. And being stuck at home for a long time, I have not done so much but what I have done so much is thinking. Think. Think. And have thought a lot of things. What I think, what I want to remember, what I can't say, what ever, I just had to write. *jaran* Me writing me bloggy again. Yay, love-love.
I have so much to write: plans, reflections, realizations, blah, blah, and blah but I'll save that for another post.
I believe K is suppose to arrive today from their family trip abroad for the holidays. Welcome back, K-mann! Aww.. I wish to see him again soon. Miss you, K. Aiyeeeh for me.
So, I think this would be it for now. I'll find me something to do while waiting for Happy Feet.
