Active Passivity

I knew I always wanted to do this. I had more peace than ever I had in my other undertakings. Things must be falling into place despite the chaos that makes my world go round. I was the DMS Orientation Seminar this afternoon feeling like: this is where I always wanted to be. Just sitting there listening to other people talk, I knew I was breaking free. I've been bound to concrete grounds for so long without really feeling the Earth on my feet. Now I will see the world how it's suppose to be seen. And with Shiawase-niichan there... Hehehe. Wala lang. Ayos ba?

I was going to tell you about last Saturday's Graphika Manila but I lost my post. Hehehe. But fret not, I'd still tell you aboutit but not that detailed. I can't write again what I already wrote and lost, okay?

* The host was.. Well... The host? Ugh, Who cares?
* The speakers were so COOL esp. Julian Oh. I love him already!
* That MK12 movie, History of America made me sleep, literally. I mean, the graphics and effects were great and all but story-wise... Go watch it and then you tell me.
* The venue was great [cozy and comfy, and cold], actually, it's so great, you could actually relax and fall asleep
* I got the speakers' photos and autograph except that of Paul Guadalupe [Guadakomeda] and Steve Tirona
Hehe.
* That coin binocular at MoA is so cool. Gino and I went to look at it and we saw this boatman which we can't see without the binox. Just imagine how far that boat was. Namangha ako.
* Nabitin ako sa lunch. Hehehe.
Hindi mahilig mag-picture si Mica at Sherwin. Promise. Hindi talaga.
* That Michael Young guy loves to swear. His faves are: F*** and Sh*t. Fush Ckit!
* Chris Lee of Asylum didn't have anything fancy on his presentation but, MAN!, he's so COOL!!!
* Did I say Julian Oh is cool? No, he's not. He's COOL and HOT. Whoa.
Steve Tirona was a former childstar in the US. He worked with Leo DiCaprio and he was part of Saved by the Bell. Man, I loved that show back in my gradeschool years. Yeah!
* I almost got bitten by a dog on my way out of our subdivision going to school that Saturday. The dog didn't even bark. Yesterday, I bumped into the same dog again and tried to bite me again. The dog must be tripping and tried to bite me out of doggy randomness. The heck. What, do I look like a walking chunk of raw meat now?
* Their guest bands aren't popular [or maybe I just don't know them] but good. Chill music, the ones that you listen to when you just want to sit back and relax. Sounds and Sinongsikat.
* There were many delegates, about a thousand. It took as some time to get in.
* We got goodie bags!!!
* Jumel, Mica and Sherwin won the raffle and I didn't. Darn.
* Ang saya at hirap kumain ng fastfood sa isang moving van.

Cool + Hot = JULIAN OH

Before I went to the OrSem, of course, I have to attend my class first. It was blessings in disguise that we had a laboratory quiz. Man, I don't know anything. Hahaha. But having the quiz in two batches gave me an opportunity to take it earlier and be able to go to the OrSem on time. Well, so I took my quiz. You won't believe this but I had a narrow escape. Yeah! The highest score my professor gave was six (6) but, well, I didn't get that. But I got a five (5) and she gave 5 only to those that somehow new something, though their programs didn't work. Haha. I can't believe it but I have to make it look cool. Hahaha. Levy the Illusionist have worked her way out of a sticky, brain-wrenching situation. Hahaha. How did I do it? Magic. Bleh! Anyway, the DMS people are so cool. I dunno. It's their aura. We were in a cold place, loved the airconditioning, but it was so warm in the heart. Love them already. Oh, another apprentice is joining DMS too. Yay for Patrick the Spartan!!!

August 15 - Wednesday. I was late for my first class and he held a practical exam. I have to take it on Friday. I was already called because he called the names from his record from the last one up. Anyway, today is another pretty energetic day. Genshiken held two simultaneous activities. Actually one was a tie-up with CSPC and the other was a fund-raising, CS Protocol and King of Iron Fist Tournament [Tekken 5]. Ayos saya ng event kaya lang wawa si Ryan iniwan ng classmates sa ere. He performed by himself, pero siempre, the Genshis were there to support him, and he stood out, not only because he's alone but because of his overwhelming energy. Kudos!!! The presentations were all good though I didn't see the others. I enjoyed though I had to run back and forth to watch then go back to the office for the staff meeting, which was, by the way, postponed because there were only a few of us there, then ran back to continue the show then after the presentations, I ran to the CEAT building for the Tekken Tournament. After the players were done playing and the champion has been named, it was our turn to play. Hahaha. I played Tekken and beaten Ivy but I was beaten when we played Naruto, then the other Genshis played too, even Rikichan and Kenchan. I ate late lunch, my favorite Fiat Chicken Teriyaki, hangout at the kubo for a while. After everything, I went to check on the 2nd OrSem and went back and forth again. Woohoo. Brisk walking trip. The heck. Then we went to 7-11 to hangout, eat and chatter. Out of the blue, we decided to play Call of Duty. Hahaha. Ang saya though I didn't really kill that much. No classes tomorrow, so we took our time. Ang ingay namin [actually, sila lang] sa MBH [Migueebytes Hall]. *recalls that Bratatat handshake that Charles and Marc made*

Wala lang. Bigla ko lang naalala ung daga sa GMH. Daga-daga-daga!!! Hahaha.

A lot of people so suddenly used their Simpsonized selves as primary pictures and headshots. Made me think... What if the Simpsons is the real Anti-Christ? Hahaha.

Man, it's Cogie's birthday today? Ano na kayang balita sa kanya?

Starlight, Starbright. Wish I may, wish I might.
Won't you make him love me too? Make him want to hold me too,
And wish upon a star as I do?
