Up The Summit And Back [Mt. Cristobal Edition]

November 21, 2007
A'right! Late post, DC internet kagabi eh. Mabilis lang 'to...

I finished my diagnostic, twenty-five lap run on time. Beat that! Hahaha. They are right when they said, "Bagong achievement". Looking back, I almost died trying to finish last climb's fifteen-lap run in an hour, and I had to do it twice [two consecutive days, seventeen laps the first day because we we're deducted 2 laps because of some mischief the others did, and fifteen the next day. Whoa]. I did the 25 laps in an hour and a half. Actually, may sobra pang ilang minutes. Yeah. This time, I'm more conditioned than my first two qualifying runs. Good things, I've already established my own pacing. Walk-jog-sprint. I'm confident now that I can make it through the Induction Climb Diagnostic Run. Woooh! Mt. Cristobal here I come! Well, the weather's expected to be a bit rainy and I know very well that mountains are more slippery than slippery wet floors, and being steep, the possibilities of falling and rolling is very high. I can never forget how beat up my butt was when I took the role of Rolling Star at Pico de Loro, even had that long scar on the right side of my forehead. Sayang, I should've taken a picture. Tinalo pa no'n ang scar ni Harry Potter. Some asked how I got that wound the morning after, all I could say was, "Inuntog ko sarili ko" and fake a smile. I went for a scrub at DENR the moment we got down because the other day's been a muddy day and slept right away when I got home. I was so exhausted, I slept more than 15 hours. That climb was our worst. I really hope I've seen the last of my rolling days. Happy akyat, yeah!  Aw, kulang pa nga pala budget ko and I have no supplies yet. I have packing problems, 6L beybeh! Hahaha. Wala lang.

I went to Charles' birthday yesterday and it's fun. All the good food, the singing, the international greetings, bonding wiht friends. Hahaha. Nosebleed, may authentic Japanese na guest. Hahaha. Their Japanese family friend was there, and with everything she said, all I understood was Otanjoubi Omedetou. Woooh! That was so cool, mehn! There was a bit of problem before we left because some  tried to avail alcohol and it's not allowed since most us are minors. Yes naman, minor pa ako! Nyanyanya!!

I just have to survive this week and I'll be happy climbing this weekend. Hahaha. Buti na lang 'di pa ako nano-nosebleed at mina-migraine sa Physics 2 at VB 6.0. Yosh! And, I finally got to talk to His Gayness, actually, I was supposed to meet him this morning at 10am but laziness took over. I mean, I had to wake up at 8am so I can leave at 9am and arrive at 10am, and after the meeting I will have to wait for hours for my next class? No way, man. Sleeping is the core of life. Hahaha. Sayang nga lang, I missed a gig. Nyabinghi played at CLA this morning. I wanted to go but precious sleep wouldn't let me go. Next time na lang ulit, promise! Hehehe.

About my last post: I don't really hold grudges but, of course, I AM LYING. Hahaha. The black list is getting longer but worry not, idiots. I won't bite you. I don't like human junk food, they're tasteless and spoiled, just like you. Greetings,  puny earthlings. I come in... Peace? Hahaha

Dolphin shows on November 23 till January 6 at Metrowalk. Libre n'yo naman ako. Hehe. UP Gakuensai this Saturday and H3 this December. Woooh! Di ako makakasama! Hahaha. COS and Genshiken General Assembly this Friday. Hmm.. Ano pa ba? Next post na lang. Maaga pa pasok ko bukas at may quiz din ata kami. Hahaha. Sige, goodnight!

It's packing time!

  3. i always enjoy taking a look at your blog. it is interesting and very natural. btw, don't go to that dolphin show....surely, the dolphins are well fed and taken good care of but still, they don't want to be in confined places and it's against their will and their nature. if people stop watching animal shows.......animals will be smiling.
